Exercise addiction is one aspect of recovery that I haven't made much progress in conquering, and it's simply hard to grasp what a healthy relationship with exercise is really like. This post definitely gave me food for thought. It's great to see that you have rediscovered that, definitely a victory to be proud of.Cammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18181004571609998125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4365057403767674312.post-6346708877870198952009-05-26T11:28:17.787-04:002009-05-26T11:28:17.787-04:00I think it's awesome that you have found exercise ...I think it's awesome that you have found exercise you can enjoy healthfully (and I also think it's wise to consider the whole "addiction" thing and make sure your reasons for cycling are all good). I was always really active before my anorexia. Then, exercise became a burden and I haven't really figured out how to incorporate it again without going into OCD mode. I know I like to move my body, and I used to do it without a thought of calories burned. I want to get back to the "fun" of it, and you inspire me that way.
